Please call the store on 01704544699 with your query as soon as you have received the goods and before returning.
Store Policy
You may return items within 14 days of original purchase, in the original packaging with your receipt for an exchange or credit note.

Returns Policy
All faulty returns will be subjected to an inspection and may be sent back to the manufacturers for a further inspection. Only on the manufacturers confirmation that the return is a fault, then a refund will be given. A repair may be offered as an alternative.

All items sent will be posted Royal Mail recorded delivery. Received within 3-5 working days.
